About us
Building Africa’s leading excellence hub for globally recognized clean energy training
Energize Enable Educate.
Established in October 2014 by the Lagos State Government through the Lagos State Electrification Agency, the Lagos Energy Academy (LEA) was created as a strategic response to the growing energy demands of a mega-city.
At LEA, we provide international-standard, hands-on vocational training that covers the entire power sector value chain—from generation and transmission to distribution and specialized components like transformers, metering, and control panels. By combining classroom-based theory with intensive practical simulation, we bridge the critical skills gap in Nigeria’s electricity ecosystem.
